CHARITY NAVIGATOR WELCOMES DON BOULIA AS NEW CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Former IBM Executive brings extensive technology expertise, fueling innovation and elevating technological capabilities in the nonprofit sector

July 17, New York, New York – Charity Navigator, the nation’s largest and most influential evaluator of charities, announced today the appointment of Don Boulia as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With extensive experience in cloud platforms, software engineering, and product management, Boulia is set to lead technology initiatives and drive innovation.

Prior to joining Charity Navigator, Boulia held the role of Vice President of Cloud Engineering at IBM, where he demonstrated his expertise in strategy development and software engineering. With over 25 years of experience developing and delivering software for large enterprises and early-stage startups, Boulia brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for technological advancements to his new position.

As CTO, Boulia will spearhead technology initiatives and drive digital transformation at Charity Navigator. His expertise in cloud platforms, Software-as-a-Service, middleware, and full-stack development will enhance the organization's technological infrastructure and amplify its impact.
