1. 1.Avesta is addressing the affordable housing crisis by expanding and accelerating the creation of new homes. We have 1,100 units in our real estate development pipeline. We have launched a new programs to expand homeownership options for moderate income households currently priced out of the market.

We will establish clear and accessible pathways for career growth and advancement for our staff members and strengthen communication and leadership transparency.

We will do this by enhancing coordination of support services necessary for housing stability.
