Goals

1. 1.Monadnock Humane Society will expand access to affordable veterinary and animal support services for underserved community members by growing medical programs such as spay/neuter clinics, wellness and vaccine clinics, urgent and preventative care, and by strengthening veterinary staffing, partnerships, and facility capacity.
2. 2.Monadnock Humane Society will enhance the health, safety, and adoptability of animals by further implementing best-practice shelter care, improving species-specific housing and facilities, expanding animal transport partnerships, and strengthening collaboration with law enforcement and animal control to support cruelty intervention and animal protection.
3. 3.Monadnock Humane Society will strengthen long-term community impact by continuing to invest in and enhance staff and volunteer development, expanding dog training and education programs, improving facility capacity, and increasing community awareness, advocacy, and philanthropic support through coordinated marketing, communications, and development efforts.
