Elevate Youth Services

Mission

Elevate Youth Services is a community-based nonprofit in Central Vermont that shows up for young people ages 12–24 when life gets hard. We offer safety, care, and real support for youth navigating homelessness, housing instability, family conflict, system involvement, and other barriers to safety and belonging—through a welcoming drop-in teen center, counseling, emergency shelter, substance use treatment and support, and help with school, work, housing, and what comes next.
