Vision

We envision a community in which love and dignity break down the barriers facing those experiencing homelessness so that each person, no matter their history, has the opportunity to start anew.

Goals

1. 1.Neighbor-to-Neighbor pairs program graduates with volunteers who walk alongside them in everyday life. These relationships support and reinforce formal case management, helping participants stay connected, follow through on goals, and build stability so they’re not navigating life on their own.
2. 2.Invest in staffing, systems, and infrastructure that strengthen how we operate. This includes case management support, volunteer coordination, and upgraded financial and data systems, allowing us to serve more people with consistency, accountability, and long-term stability.
3. 3.Focus resources on core programs that drive our mission and outcomes. Scale back or discontinue efforts that fall outside that focus, allowing us to operate with clarity, use resources more effectively, and strengthen the quality and consistency of what we do best.
