1.Produce Events as hybrid events of virtual & regional in person. Online International Herb Symposium and Outreach of online webinars, hybrid Internship program, a podcast. We have bene able to go back to live events and have held the International Herb Symposium with over 600 attendees and 15 small in person programs last year at our sanctuary
2.Diversity and Inclusion, staff and board are taking classes (woke without the works, and JEDI), A committee has been set up to bring diverse perspectives into new BOD members, polices updated.
3.Staff need for the future, to further advocate for plant conservation, add Science Fellow/Office and/or Regulatory Fellow/Officer
