The mission of True Colors Theatre Company is to celebrate the rich tradition of Black storytelling while giving voice to bold artists of all cultures.

We thrive the intersection of artistic excellence and civic engagement.

Goals

1.Ensure the future of Black storytelling by commissioning and developing new work by playwrights representing the diversity of people of African descent.
2.Inspire individual donors with programming, driving $100,000 in new gifts from major donors by 2026.
3.Inform marketing with data and insights using primary and secondary data across all True Colors audiences (mainstage patrons, community event attendees, education participants and donors).
