    Crossroads empowers young people to unlock their potential and positively impact the world. Each year, we engage over 1,000 young people in summer and school-year programming focused on four areas of development: social-emotional learning, leadership, civic engagement, and postsecondary access and success. In doing so, we enable them to experience the power of community while developing the essential skills they need to successfully navigate school and the postsecondary arena
