Vision

Our vision is that every young person has a family unconditionally committed to nurture, protect, and guide them to successful adulthood.

Goals

1. 1.Our top priority is to achieve the highest possible percentage of youth discharging to a safe, stable, emotionally secure parenting relationship despite 100% of them entering care without one.
2. 2.A cornerstone of Plummer’s 2024-2026 Adaptive Plan is to transform our Salem campus into a welcoming environment with two facilities that work together to affect positive change by prioritizing youth dignity, supporting family connection, and promoting permanency: a new residential building and the renovated Caroline Plummer House.
3. 3.Plummer will expand the innovative Family Preservation Mediation program and introduce Prevention services in 2026.
