    Mission

    The Institute for Entrepreneurial Leadership (IFEL), founded in 2002, is an independent, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that seeks to build a more inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem. Our mission is to eradicate the systemic barriers that prevent people from historically excluded populations from creating wealth through entrepreneurship. We work with corporate, institutional, higher education, and community partners to develop and implement innovative programming that promotes engagement and social impact objectives. Our impact measurement centers creating connections, changing mindsets, and inspiring action. IFEL will support a community including over 10,000 businesses, 600 investors, and 2,000 business professionals as volunteers across the country in 2024. Learn more about IFEL at www.weareifel.org.
