Vision

Millions suffer needlessly from health problems that may be prevented, arrested, and even reversed with simple dietary changes. We have tremendous power over our own health destiny and longevity. However, those who want to make the best dietary choices for themselves and their families often face confusing and conflicting nutritional advice. Our purpose is to cut through the hype and present the latest in evidence-based nutrition, delivered in a way that is easy to understand, whether you are a layperson or highly trained medical professional. Our videos and blogs are free and open to anyone around the world who wants to stay up to date on what the newest science says about our favorite foods and health-promoting habits. Our work enables the general public and medical professionals to access evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle resources, free of the expensive paywall barriers of journals and research articles.

Goals

1. 1.We regularly evaluate our efforts to bring life-changing health and nutrition information to people around the world and work to expand our reach.
2. 2.Examples of new programs we have implemented or are in the process of implementing are: webinar series on a variety of topics; self-published books; development of new guides and handouts that health practitioners can use with their patients and clients.
3. 3.We regularly evaluate capacity and whether there are staffing, technical, or financial needs that can be addressed.
