At Qualitas, we believe that financial education and inclusion are crucial means for spurring economic development and building thriving communities. This is why we work to ensure the most disadvantaged and underserved members of the Hispanic community are able to develop the financial knowledge to improve their quality of life and achieve financial security and wellbeing. Our aim is to create a space that allows for open discussion of the perceived norms and societal barriers faced by the Hispanic community with respect to their financial inclusion and advancement and offer alternative solutions. The program is adaptable and tailored to the needs of different groups, as well as easily scalable as we aim to increase the financial capabilities of our participants.
