Vision

We envision a community where every child has the opportunity to grow through the lessons of baseball, building confidence, leadership and lifelong values that extend far beyond the field. By empowering youth through teamwork, grit and sportsmanship, we aim to shape the next generation of resilient, responsible and engaged citizens.

Goals

1. 1.We aim to expand access to Little League Baseball by reaching more families in our community, removing financial and logistical barriers to participation and increasing opportunities for youth of all backgrounds to learn, play and grow through the game.
2. 2.Elmjack Little League will invest in organizational capacity by upgrading financial systems, volunteer management, fundraising technology and operational processes. These improvements will strengthen governance, increase efficiency, enhance donor stewardship and allow our volunteer led organization to better serve the children and families each year.
3. 3.Our advocacy efforts focus on ensuring every child has access to safe, inclusive and affordable baseball programs. We will engage community partners, businesses and public officials to increase awareness, strengthen support for youth recreation, and secure the resources needed to sustain and grow our impact.
