Goals

1. 1.Objective A: Establish a planning committee to identify and develop new business opportunities and services. Objective B: Formally assess the potential for mergers or collaborations with like-minded agencies. Objective C: Create a system to identify and implement changes to existing programs based on assessed needs (internal and external) or opportunities presented by funders.
2. 2.Retaining and attracting quality staff is a key part of investing in our capacity: Objective A: Develop a plan to expand staff leadership capacities consistent with the organization's vision, mission and values. Objective B: Evaluation our current environment to identify and implement new strategies to attract and retain employees.
3. 3.Improving diversity in our leadership will allow for broader perspectives, better representation, increased innovation and improved outreach & engagement: Objective A: Establish a benchmark, vision & outcomes for DEI pertaining to leadership and the Board. Objective B: Expand DEI knowledge through education & training. Objective C: Address and correct any inequities in our current systems.
