Rebuilding Together Long Island Inc.

Mission

REBUILDING TOGETHER LONG ISLAND SERVES OUR STRUGGLING NEIGHBORS AND COMMUNITIES IN NASSAU AND SUFFOLK COUNTIES THROUGH ITS MISSION OF REPAIRING HOMES, REVITALIZING COMMUNITIES AND REBUILDING LIVES. BY UTILIZING THE TALENTS AND RESOURCES OF OUR VOLUNTEERS, AS WELL AS TRADE PROFESSIONALS, OUR FREE REPAIR AND MODIFICATION PROGRAMS IMPROVE THE SAFETY, LIVING CONDITIONS AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR SENIORS, VETERANS, FAMILIES AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.

Vision

Our vision is safe and healthy homes for everyone. As we work to reduce hazards, reach more people

Goals

1.We are constantly striving to reach more and more of our neighbors in need.
2.Our population on Long Island is aging, as is our housing stock. It is critical that we meet the demands of both.
3.Each year, we look to do more for our clients, to add experienced trades people to our dedicated core of volunteers. We also hope to involve more corporate partners to share our mission.
