IN THIS WORLD, SOCIETY VALUES ALL ITS MEMBERS AND INDIVDUALS WITH DISABILITIES ARE FREE OF ANY BARRIERS PREVENTING THEM FROM REACHING THEIR FULLEST POTENTIAL.
