Vision

Our vision is a world where people with mental illness recover and are an integral part of society.

Goals

1. 1.Every person living with mental illness deserves a community that believes in their recovery. We're building new advocacy, education, and training resources so more communities worldwide can open Clubhouses. The resources we are developing include digital resources to add to our extensive offering of ongoing in-person trainings, which continue to evolve with changing demand.
2. 2.In addition to our longstanding work with Startup groups around the world, we have new state-level partnerships in the U.S., and we continue to prioritize growth opportunities. As demand grows, we're strengthening the systems and support that let us leverage our experience and retain the core components of Clubhouse culture that are so integral to our success.
3. 3.We aim to double the number of Clubhouses by 2030 and triple them by 2033, exponentially reaching more people who deserve a path back to community, work, and hope. Getting there responsibly means investing now in the infrastructure to support that growth. Investing in expanded marketing, staff growth, and leadership is key to reaching these ambitious goals.
