The mission of the Wendy Hilliard Gymnastics Foundation (WHGF) is to empower the lives of young people from underserved communities by improving physical and emotional health through the sport of gymnastics.

A community where every child can leap, stretch, and soar, no matter their financial background - where gymnastics is a gateway to health, confidence, and lifelong friendships, accessible to all.

Goals

1.By expanding access to its gymnastics services, WHGF seeks to help young athletes to achieve new heights in gymnastics and beyond—boosting their education, leadership skills, physical health, and self-confidence. The next phase of the foundation’s growth is to expand its reach, offering a comprehensive program that combines sports instruction with health and wellness workshops.
