SPONSORS AN ANNUAL GOLF OUTING AND DINNER TO RAISE MONEY FOR TWO PURPOSES: (I)TO AWARD A GRANT FOR HIGHER EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES TO A HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT WHO HAS SATISFIED THE CRITERIA ESTABLISHED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS FOR SUCH AWARDS AND (II) TO DONATE A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS GENERATED BY THE AFORESAID OUTING TO A SELECTED CHARITY THAT IS QUALIFIED UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3).
