Mission

The Possibility Project empowers young people to transform the negative forces in their lives and communities into opportunities for personal and social growth. Through a dynamic learning process combining performing arts, leadership training, and community engagement, we help youth address challenges, build meaningful relationships across differences, and become agents of change. Our mission is rooted in the belief that young people—especially those from marginalized backgrounds—have the creativity, insight, and power to shape a more just and compassionate world. We provide a platform for their voices and leadership through collaborative storytelling and real-world community action.

1.Expand impact through multi-stage growth: progress from local visibility to national influence by developing partnerships, creating media content (films/web series), licensing stories, and scaling programs for specialty populations and youth nationwide.
2.Grow revenue through funding diversification: achieve sustainable revenue growth by expanding marketing/public relations efforts, cultivating high-end individual donors through targeted prospecting, and activating an expanded board of 10+ members to drive fundraising initiatives and institutional partnerships.
