The Grace Children’s Foundation (GCF) is dedicated to improving lives through its Children’s Resource Exchange (CRE) model—coordinating pro bono and subsidized medical care and essential nonclinical resources for children in need in the United States and around the globe.

1.GCF has partnered with a team of innovators at Microsoft to evolve and scale up the existing model into the Children’s Resource Exchange (CRE)...scaling the solution to the magnitude of the problem.
2.GCF has increased capacity to accelerate the development of the Children’s Resource Exchange through new Leads:Operations, Digital Product Design, Strategic Partnerships and Digital Marketing & Media
3.Now more than ever, there is an urgent need for functioning systems. The CRE’s integration of human contentiousness with technology accelerates access to healthcare resources for children in need.
