Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation

Mission

Teddy Bear Cancer Foundation advocates for families living in Santa Barbara, Ventura, and San Luis Obispo counties that have a child with cancer by providing financial, educational, and emotional support. We support the entire family when their child has cancer. We offer programs that allow parents to be supported and to know they are not alone. As a parent, you should never have to worry about the financial and emotional burden brought on by cancer. TBCF's programs allow parents to focus on what matters most, their child's well-being, during one of the most difficult times of their young life.

2.Fully activate, renovate, and operationalize the new Pediatric Cancer Support Center and pilot new programs within center. Additionally, launch all elements of the new Alumni Program for families who have completed treatment.
3.Strengthen leadership, wellness, and board infrastructure through Board succession planning and intentional recruitment, staff wellness plan for retainment, and understanding roles of advisory councils.
