Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to expand the impact of our programs by reaching more communmties in need. For our cancer-support programs this means extending our reach beyond NY. We have begun to do that with programs now available in Chicago. For our school programs, this means more vigorous promotion and developing partnerships with liked-minded non-profits.
2. 2.We are investing in internal infrastructure to ensure operational efficiency. We are recruiting Board leaders with expertise in nonprofit finance, fundraising and law to strengthen oversight and strategic planning. We are making fundraising a priority by seeking grants and corporate partnerships. We are investing in staff development to prevent burnout and ensure seamless program delivery.
3. 3.Our commitment to developing new programs to meet the needs of the communities we serve is essential having a meaningful impact. With that as a core value, in 2026 we have established two new programs to meet the needs of the cancer community.
