THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROMOTE, SUPPORT AND PROVIDE GRANTS TO aFRICAN ORGANIZATIONS SERVING THE HEALTH CARE AND SOCIAL SERVICES NEEDS OF AFRICANS AFFECTED BY HIV AND AIDS INCLUDING EDUCATIONAL GRANTS TO THEIR DEPENDENT CHILDREN AND PROMOTION OF INCOME GENERATING ACTIVITIES.
