FOUNDED IN 1958 AS THE FIRST COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH AGENCY IN JEFFERSON COUNTY, FAMILY COUNSELING SERVICE OF NORTHERN NEW YORK PROVIDES ACCESSIBLE, COMPASSIONATE COUNSELING AND EDUCATION TO INDIVIDUALS, COUPLES, GROUPS, AND CHILDREN AS YOUNG AS AGE 4, REGARDLESS OF INCOME, FROM JEFFERSON AND ST LAWRENCE COUNTIES.
