Mission

Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities deserve community, safety, comfort, and for their needs to be respected. For almost 100 years, Lochland has provided a caring residential and day program environment for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live full and joyful lives. Using a client centered approach Lochland provides a healing environment with quality care, where respect and safety for residents is the top priority.

Vision

We provide the best health and wellbeing services in the Finger Lakes region for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. By building friendships at our residences and in the local community, and by developing independence through skills building, Lochland is a place where our clients are encouraged to discover their individual talents and celebrate their successes.

2.Financial: GOAL #3: Address the stretch goals in our current projected budget and improve the bottom line to support the services we provide.
