THE FOUNDATION WAS FORMED TO RECEIVE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES BY ESTABLISHING A SCHOLARSHIP FUND FOR GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS RESIDING IN, OR ATTENDING SCHOOL IN THE BALDWINSVILLE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT.
