TO HELP REALIZE THE POTENTIAL IN OUR COMMUNITY BY MATCHING THE GENEROSITY OF OUR DONORS WITH THE COMMUNITY'S GREATEST NEEDS. OUR GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS SUPPORT THE PEOPLE OF CHEMUNG, SCHUYLER, STEUBEN AND YATES COUNTIES IN THE SOUTHERN TIER OF NEW YORK STATE.
