PROVIDE ANNUAL SEASONAL CYCLE OF SOCCER INSTRUCTION, TRAINING, SKILL BUILDING AND GAMES TO BOYS AND GIRLS AGES 8-19. THIS INCLUDES SETTING UP TEAMS, ORGANIZING LEAGUE ACTIVITIES, RUNNING PRACTICE SESSIONS, COORDINATING FIELDS AND ALL OTHER ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH RUNNING A SOCCER CLUB.
