THE MISSION IS TO ASSIST PUBLIC HEALTH AND OTHER SOCIAL SECTOR PROFESSIONALS AND ORGANIZATIONS TO IMPROVE ACCESS AND QUALITY OF PUBLIC SERVICES IN WAYS THAT RESPECT HUMAN RIGHTS AND PROMOTE HEALTH AND DEVELOPMENT, AND TO FURTHER SCIENTIFIC UNDERSTANDING THAT WILL BENEFIT POLICIES AND PROGRAMS.
