SabesWings

Mission

SabesWings provides financial assistance to cancer patients burdened by the high costs of treatment and care, a condition known as Medical Financial Toxicity (MFT). Founded by Bret and Kandace Saberhagen, the organization was born from their personal understanding of how overwhelming medical expenses can devastate families already fighting for survival. SabesWings helps patients bridge the gap between healthcare and financial stability—covering essential needs such as housing, utilities, transportation, and medical scans—so they can focus on healing, not hardship.

Vision

SabesWings envisions a future where no cancer patient is forced to choose between treatment and survival—where financial toxicity no longer determines who gets to heal. Through compassion, community, and sustainable support, we aim to create a world where every patient can focus on recovery with dignity, security, and hope.

Goals
