TO PROVIDE TUITION SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE SCHOLARSHIP OF HOPE TO EMPLOYEES OF KINDRED HEALTHCARE, LLC, ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATED COMPANIES THAT ARE BLACK, INDIGENOUS, OR PEOPLE OF COLOR, WHICH INCLUDES ALL ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS.
