Vision

We envision that in our community, there will be no senior who feels loneliness, isolation or depression thanks to the supports and services that Rianda House offers, which focus on inclusiveness, belonging, and inspiration, all while providing ongoing opportunities to bring physical and mental fitness, continued arts education, and the exploration of new passions into the lives of older adults.

Goals

1. 1.We will executive our services with increased efficiency, resulting in 10% growth in 2025. We will accomplish this by using the American Legion Hall to handle participant overflow, extending our hours of operation, and partnering with other organizations to serve our constituents.
2. 2.Educate the UpValley to embrace elderhood by providing articles in the St. Helena Star and other media outlets. We will continue to use our newsletter, website and social media to present a positive view of aging.
3. 3.We will establish a reliable stream of $750,000 per year to support our services, which are FREE to the public.
