    E3 TRANSFORMS EDUCATIONAL EQUITY BY REFRAMING EXCELLENCE. THROUGH TRAINING, COACHING, AND SPECIALIZED TOOLS, E3 SUPPORTS EDUCATORS TO EMBRACE THE DIVERSE LIVED EXPERIENCES OF ALL STUDENTS AND SUPPORTS STUDENTS IN ACTUALIZING THEIR BRILLIANCE. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THREE MAJOR PROGRAMS - THE ENGAGEMENT IDENTIFICATION TOOL, THE EDUCATIONAL STRENGTHS ASSESSMENT TOOL, AND THE EQUITY EMPOWERMENT TOOL. TRAINING IS PROVIDED FOR EACH TOOL AND TO ALL PARTICIPANTS.
