THE PURPOSE OF THE BART FOUNDATION IS TO ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES OF CHILDREN IN BERKSHIRE COUNTY, BY SUPPORTING THE BERKSHIRE ARTS AND TECHNOLOGY CHARTER PUBLIC SCHOOL, AND SUCH OTHER CHARTER SCHOOLS AND EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS FOSTERING ARTS AND TECHNOLOGY BASED EDUCATION, BY COLLECTING, MAINTAINING, AND DISTRIBUTING REAL PROPERTY AND MONEY.
