Mission

Blind Cat Rescue & Sanctuary, Inc., (BCR), now in its 21st year, is a safe, loving and healthy permanent home for cats deemed unadoptable and therefore immediately euthanized by most shelters and animal control facilities - blind cats and those that test positive for FIV or feline leukemia. Through a strong social media presence, 24-hour access cameras, regularly scheduled open houses, tours and volunteer opportunities, the BCR cats daily demonstrate for a growing global audience that they deserve to live. BCR also supports a successful TNR spay/neuter program in rural central North Carolina.

3.We will continue to provide a permanent home to blind, FIV and feline leukemia positive cats as shelter space allows.
