A COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATION DEVELOPED TO HELP MEET THE PRIMARY HEALTH CARE NEEDS OF THE WORKING UNINSURED AND THE UNDERINSURED POPULATIONS IN LUZERNE COUNTY, PA. THE PROGRAM PROVIDES FREE PRIMARY AND PREVENTATIVE HEALTH SERVICES FOR THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO WORK BUT CANNOT AFFORD INSURANCE.
