Mission

The Joshua Harr Shane Foundation’s mission is to “bring a smile to someone’s face and brighten someone’s day” by supporting seriously ill and special needs individuals through assistance with healthcare, special needs education, and humanitarian initiatives, including support for the military and responses to natural disasters. The foundation provides financial assistance for medical treatments, household bills, and experimental treatments, and supports special needs programs such as horseback riding, theater, and ski lessons.

Vision

We envision a future where ill and special needs individuals thrive with seamless healthcare, ESS, empowering education, and impactful humanitarian support.

Goals

1.We aim to eliminate financial barriers to care and innovative learning and provide timely relief during crises, including aid for military, disaster responders
2.We will champion progress through research and advocacy, build strong communities, and ensure our efforts are sustainable and create a measurable, positive impact, honoring Joshua's spirit by bringing more smiles and brighter days
3.Increase the number of individuals receiving financial assistance for healthcare, expand and reach of educational support to serve additional special needs students within the next 5 years.
