Vision

To become an artistic center of excellence in the city of Camden and the Delaware Valley. • Equality • Honesty • Collaboration • Professionalism • Excellence • Stewardship

Goals

1. 1.Our goal in the next 3-5 years is to dramatically increase our overall Camden Resident ticketing program usage and to continue to build our audience to help us increase our seating from nine performances to 12 performances per production.
2. 2.We are working to better target our diverse audience by choosing shows that allow the patrons who come to our theatre the opportunity to "see themselves" on our stage. This means that the selection of our shows is based on the diversity we see in our audience.
3. 3.Our primary programs include four mainstage theatrical productions, two children's productions produced by collaborating with other companies, and children's movies provided to our neighborhood children through the summer. We are also working to expand our on-stage work to include music events and comedy events and to allow Camden groups to use our theatre at a low cost.
