Vision

In the US, 70% of people who experience low vision are unemployed and Envision is on a mission to change that as one of the largest employers of people who are blind or visually impaired. We provide opportunities to build skills, confidence and independence through programs, rehabilitation, groundbreaking research and child development.

Goals

1. 1.At the Envision Child Development Center, we specialize in serving children who are blind or visually impaired while welcoming all children to learn, grow, and thrive together. Our inclusive classrooms, designed for children ages 0-5, foster curiosity, confidence, and a love for lifelong learning.
2. 2.Envision launched a comprehensive initiative providing direct blindness skills training, focused on workforce readiness. By hosting four immersive weeklong training sessions each year that serve 10 participants in each session, we will close the skill gap and create a workforce that is inclusive, independent, and prepared for the workplace.
