ALLEGHENIES UNITED CEREBRAL PALSY PROVIDES SUPPORT COORDINATION SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED THROUGH ADVOCACY, PLAN CREATION/MANAGEMENT AND COMMUNITY RESOURCE CONNECTIONS TO IMPROVE QULITY OF LIFE OF CHILDREN, YOUTH AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES. AUCP SUPPORTS PEOPLE'S INDEPENDENCE, EMPOWERING THEM SO THEY CAN PARTICIPATE IN DAILY DECISION-MAKING AND IN DIRECTING THEIR SERVICES.
