THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CIVIC PURPOSES TO PROMOTE THE ELIMINATION OF ALCOHOL, TOBACCO AND OTHER DRUG USE IN THE SCOTTSVILLE, ALLEN COUNTY, KENTUCKY COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATION, PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION, WITH ATTENTION TO PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES FOCUSING ON FAITH.
