1. 1.Retention Skilled Staff & Operational Efficiency Ensuring continuity and the preservation of institutional knowledge crucial for both day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals. Supporting our staff with adequate compensation/benefits ensures they have the stability and motivation needed to perform their roles efficiently, linking to the overall effectiveness & reach of our organization.
2. 2.Educational Programming Offer more low- to no-cost programming for young people that fosters creativity, cultural awareness, and artistic skills. Engaging children and teens in positive activities such as our theater programs can significantly reduce their likelihood of engaging in at-risk behaviors, contributing to a safer and healthier community.
3. 3.Building on the past success of JCTC's past international theatre festivals, build a new and improved VOICES International Theatre Festival, featuring world-class performances, installations, and interactive events, the arts and our diverse community cultures will activate parks, plazas, and streets, blending Jersey City’s vibrant local arts scene with the global spirit of the arts.
