Goals

2. 2.Enhance our facilities and invest in staff development to support expanded services. This includes upgrading storage and equipment for more efficient operations and providing ongoing training to ensure our team is equipped to meet the evolving needs of the community.
3. 3.Diversify funding through grants, sponsorships, and corporate partnerships to build a stable financial foundation. Establish a reserve fund to safeguard operations during periods of economic uncertainty or reduced donations.
