THE ORGANIZATION CONTRACTS WITH THE OREGON DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES TO SUPPORT ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES THROUGH PROVISION OF CASE MANAGEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTED THESE INDIVIDUALS TO HELP THEM LIVE AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE.
