Mission

TO PARTNER WITH THE LOCAL CHURCH TO CREATE A WELCOMING COMMUNITY FOR TOLEDO INTERNATIONALS, TO SHARE THE HOPE AND LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST, AND TO EMPOWER INTERNATIONALS WITH SKILLS TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL.

Vision

We want to see every international in Northwest Ohio Connect, Belong, and Become.

Goals

1.Invest in long-term viability of the organization including strategic planning, succession planning, strengthening programs, strengthening our donor base, and strengthening community connections.
2.Carefully and methodically expand our Welcome Corps services to empower more and more local volunteers to become personally involved in refugee resettlement.
3.Our pilot year teaching industry specific English vocabulary and soft skills was 100% successful. We want to expand this to serve employers that have a need for workers from the immigrant community.
