Three Generations Inc.
Mission
3 Generations documents stories of human rights abuses through film. We enable survivors of crimes against humanity to record their experiences as an act of healing, a call to action, and to create historical evidence.
Vision
Our goal is to influence the national dialogue and build momentum for social change. 3 Generations is dedicated to creating social justice films and videos to educate, engage, empower and entertain. We believe that the stories we tell will bring about change by inspiring adults and young people to make a difference in our society. Our documentaries examine global and domestic atrocities: genocide, sex trafficking, Native American justice, refugees, ecocide, veterans, and Criminal Justice. Our award-winning films have been distributed to libraries, schools, and community organizations, and have been shown in theaters, on television, and on online streaming platforms.
Goals
- 1.3G will expand access to its core programs ie: feature films, short-form video, educational screenings, and survivor testimony, by increasing distribution, community partnerships, and digital reach. This includes bringing films like HERE LIVED into more classrooms, cultural spaces, and public forums, ensuring intergenerational audiences can engage with lived history and its present-day relevance.
- 2.3G will invest in internal capacity (staffing, production infrastructure, archival systems, and fundraising strategy) to ensure long-term sustainability. Strengthening the organization behind the work allows 3G to responsibly steward survivor stories, scale production, and meet growing demand without compromising care, rigor, or artistic quality.
- 3.3G will deepen its advocacy work by using film and testimony as tools to confront antisemitism, erasure, and historical distortion. Through public screenings, discussions, and partnerships, 3G connects memory to civic responsibility. Remembrance is not as passive reflection, but as an active commitment to human rights and the future.
