Our organization adeptly leveraged increased revenue generated in 2023: We strategically allocated resources toward enhancing our leadership structure by augmenting the compensation package for our Executive Director. This individual has assumed responsibilities encompassing marketing, fundraising, and grant writing, with the overarching goal of facilitating the scaling of our services to reach a broader demographic of girls in and around the South Dallas community.
