Our mission is to collaborate with other community organizations to assist boys from environmentally challenged neighborhoods with achieving their full academic potential and becoming leaders who alter the trajectory of their communities to affect positive change.

1.We are committed to ensure the success of our young men, one student at a time, and thus focus our time and resources on a core group of potential young leaders.
2.Our goal is to ensure that these young men graduate high school, pursue higher education, and return to their communities as innovative leaders.
3.We work with our students throughout the academic year, mentoring outside of school and during the summer months.
