SERVING OUR CHILDREN (SOC) IS THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE D.C. OPPORTUNITY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM (OSP). THE OSP PROGRAM OFFERS SCHOLARSHIPS TO LOW-INCOME K-12 STUDENTS IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA TO ATTEND A PARTICIPATING PRIVATE SCHOOL IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA.
